    Arrow cut length?

So arrows are cut to from throat of nock to end of carbon at 29"
Plus the half-out sert adds 1/2".
So total arrow length from throat to end of sort is 29.5".
Looking at my draw should I cut my new ones to 28.5+0.5 for total 29" or stick with current?

if I was you I`d be cutting them so the end of the outsert is at the 28" mark. that is if it doesn't interfere with your rest

Yep agree - cut them at 28" so that it would give you a total arrow length of about 29" assuming the outserts are about 1"

    Arrow cut length?

    Outserts are 1/2".
So 27.5 nock throat to carbon plus .5 for insert, 28" arrow total for a 29" draw ?

I’d be cutting just the one shaft without vanes first just bit by bit from the back end and shooting through paper to see if your spine is effected first...

Having said that if your shafts are already stiff enough then it shouldn’t be a problem to cut em shorter...

    Arrow cut length?

    I'm 29" draw, 70lb.
    With 196 grain up front.
    And 57 grain on back.

Should give me 490-500 grain total arrow weight dependent on actual cut length.
